Portales, NM in 1976, we have grown to a multi-concept
restaurant company. Cattle Baron Restaurants, Inc. has had

At Cattle Baron you will find our steaks and prime rib are
hand cut from USDA choice beef and all of the salads on the
salad bar with the soups, sauces and bread are all "made from
scratch."
